COVID-19 have broken out over the world since from Feb,2020 . Many countries have declares national emergency to trakcle it.


Karina Stone try to popularize some knowledge of COVID-19 to the public to protect themselves.


What are the symptoms of COVID-19?



COVID-19 symptoms can be very mild to severe and include a fever, cough and shortness of breath. 

Some people have no symptoms. Symptoms may appear two to 14 days after exposure.

There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) untill now.

How to protect ourselves against COVID-19


How does COVID-19 spread?



The coronavirus appears to spread from person to person among those in close contact. 

It is spread by respiratory droplets or touching when someone infected with the virus coughs or sneezes.



What we should do ?


1.Wash your hands frequently:Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.


2.Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.


3.Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth if your hands aren't clean and need to do disinfect when you come back from outside.


4.Wear a facemask.no matter you are healthy or ill ,you need to wear a facemask when you go out .


5.Avoid large events and mass gatherings.


6.Clean and disinfect surfaces you often touch on a daily basis.


7.keep a healthy lifestyle , do exercise and keep in a good mood .
